Standard shipping means economy international service (such as DHL Economy or equivalent) with an estimated transit time of 10-20 business days (may vary depending on destination, customs, local delivery).
Important Conditions:
- Free shipping applies only when our designated carrier/unified freight account is used. Any special expedited shipping at customer request (e.g., express next-day) will incur additional charges.
- Shipping cost beyond the free threshold must be borne by the customer (unless otherwise negotiated).
- Free shipping refers to shipping cost only; any customs duties, taxes, import fees or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If an order is cancelled after goods have been dispatched, the shipping cost (even if originally free) may be deducted from the refund.
- For remote or high-cost destinations where standard shipping cost significantly exceeds the average, Huall Top reserves the right to request a partial shipping surcharge or exclude the destination from the free shipping policy.
